Xerox and Affiliated Computer Services $6.4 Billion Deal

Xerox announced it will acquire computer services Association of Caribbean States (ACS), transactions worth 6.4 billion. Xerox hopes that this agreement will allow them to expand their current business plan, which is document management.

It has been reported from the PC world, the Association of Caribbean States of the agreement is better than Xerox's services revenue three times the figure will rise to 3.5 billion U.S. dollars a year to 100 billion U.S. dollars. At present, only a small number of buyers service has not been with Xerox, this is only a matter of time before the hardware vendor has done a play in the Dallas Association of Caribbean States.

The news, which is the latest in a line of acquisitions, recently reported that computer maker Dell is one of Perot Systems to purchase 3.9 billion. This will not be the last one independent, swallowing larger companies, other risks, including Unisys and information system technology.
